Frank Sahlein, Executive DirectorFrank
Sahlein has been involved with the children's fitness industry since
1967 as a gymnast, martial artist, coach, business owner, consultant and
business broker. Frank and his wife Shauna pioneered the Children's
Learning Opportunity Center (CLOC) concept, a unique blend of Sports
Instruction, Arts, Education, and Entertainment. The
amazing WINGS Center (since 1974) is a 35,000 s.f. working lab of
synergistic programs. 3rd Level Consulting is sought out by
clients in our industry for customized consulting, expansion,
management, valuation and brokerage services. Author of the cutting-edge
Creative Motion Grid, Frank received the National Business Leader

Dave James, Chief Operating Officer - Prime and Sports Motions.
Dave
completed his undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara, and earned his
Master of Science in health services administration and economics from
St. Mary's College. He has spent the past 20 years developing,
marketing, and selling value-based healthcare services and supplies in
the managed care and biopharmaceutical arenas. He was a member of the
Disease Management Association of America, and member of National
Business Coalition on Health, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, and
American Association of Health Plans. His experience includes management
of healthcare benefits for all school districts, municipalities, and
police/fire groups in Northern California. With his wife, Naomi, Mr.
James founded and built the award-winning FUZE Fit For A Kid! in Silicon
Valley which has profitably served over 8,000 Bay Area kids' and teens'
phsyical activity needs with novel programming such as Intelligent
Sports Conditioning. He is a Certified Double-Goal Coach with the

Doreen Bolhuis - Early Motions. Doreen Bolhuis is the founder and President/CEO of Gymco, Inc., a
gymnastics and multi-sport facility celebrating its 30th year of
operation in Grand Rapids, MI. Doreen is also the creator and a managing
partner of Gymtrix, an innovative
DVD series to teach physical skills for babies through elementary
students. Doreen holds a B.S. in education with a major in Physical Education.
She has over 35 years experience teaching locally, nationally and
internationally. Doreen is a former elite level gymnastics coach and
member of the Junior Olympic committee for USA Gymnastics. She is
currently an adjunct professor for Aquinas College in the department of

Beth Morphis - Prime and Mobile Motions. Beth began dancing and acting when she was 4 years
old, took acrobatics at a local dance studio, and eventually made the
first gymnastics team in Winston-Salem. Beth continued to teach and
compete in gymnastics, accepting a full gymnastics scholarship to
Illinois State University. Beth has been a long time NC-USAG Board
Member and a speaker at both USAG State and Regional Congresses, as well

Ken Hoeg - Prime, Early and Mobile Motions. Ken is a former NCAA gymnast and was ranked nationally on
High Bar. Ken also enjoyed a successful 15-year career in project
management and marketing. Ken is the driving force behind Fundamentals
Gymnastics and Children's Fitness, a unique program incorporating USA
Gymnastics' standards of development and the most current brain-friendly
teaching strategies. The fitness component is based on current research
in this area. This journey has lead Ken to be a strong advocate for

Julie Barron - Prime Motions.
Julie participated in gymnastics from the age of 3 to
14, completing her gymnastics career as a Level 9 gymnast. Julie played
Division II Soccer at Quincy University, and that experience resulted in
a permanent positive attitude towards fitness and living a healthy
lifestyle. Julie has
taught gymnastics and fitness to children for 10 years and is extremely
passionate about fitness, living a healthy life and working with
children. Her hobbies include running half-marathons, reading, playing

Dr. Elsie Moses-Hoeg - Instructor Training, Special Motions. holds a Ph.D. in education. Her latest
research focuses on the impact of teaching children using the Da Vinci
Ways of Thinking, a model she created utilizing the current findings in
brain research. For the past 28 years Dr. Moses-Hoeg has taught in
traditional and non-traditional public school settings. She has also
been an adjunct instructor at the University of New Mexico and a speaker
at local and national conferences including the Brain and Learning
Institute. She is also a Professional Developer with the Albuquerque
Public Schools and owner/director of the da Vinci Institute of Learning,
a company which provides support to families with children who struggle
in a traditional school setting. Dr. Moses-Hoeg's current focus is
creating optimum learning experiences by utilizing the latest

Karissa Johnson is our Special Motions (Needs) consultant. She has taught competitive gymnastics, and currently works
with preschool-aged children at the Oregon Gymnastics Academy as the
